Chicago's Rock & Rye pays tribute to the best band - Grateful Dead.  The group pulls influence from the Grateful Dead’s vast catalogue of originals and covers, including from Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash, and The Beatles.  They play everything from acoustic shows to high energy electric sets.  Rock & Rye tries to recreate the Grateful Dead's diverse repertoire of music while upholding the fun and free-spirited mindset from which it was initially created.
